Yonex Badminton Muscle Power 7 Racket Review: Power on a budget

This Yonex was one of not many rackets at A Mart Sports in Morayfield, but it’s proven to be an excellent budget choice for my weekly badminton session. Great drive, strong smashes, but a little compromised on control. An excellent racket for around $50AUD.

I’m still not back playing…this needs rectifying. 🙂

I’ve had a break from badminton for a few months after a motorcycle accident, but I’m going to be back very soon! 🙂

Andrew Kiss says:

I wonder which quadrant it would fit in. How can I tell if it’s actually head heavy, rather than rely on “feel”?

Andrew Kiss says:

I just realised I said 79kg racket….ha ha ha. That would make it tough to play badminton.

Imran Ulhaq says:

Should I add yonex bg 65 fibre strings to it or the strings on it are ok
